Guide me (Investment begins at $450)

This is for the couple that does not know where to start. We will help you decide on your theme, décor, venue, budget and all other details of your day. If you cannot get there, we will provide the path and the map on how to do so. Don’t worry, just tell us what you need and we will get there together.


Just a little help (Investment begins at $800)

This package is for the proactive couple that requires onsite day of wedding coordination. You have pulled together all aspects of your wedding but need a wedding consultant there to oversee your wedding and ensure that the ceremony and reception run smoothly.

It is best that couples contact us no later then 3-6 months before the wedding.

This will include:

  • 12 hours of the day service or as needed
  • Planning session with the couple
  • 3 meetings before the wedding
  • Itinerary for the wedding including all logistics
  • Onsite coordination
  • Invoicing of all vendors and payment scheduling


Meet me half way (Investment begins at $1000)

For those couples that requires partial wedding planning assistance, this option is perfect for you. We will pick up where you left off, completing the wedding planning process thus allowing you the ease of enjoying the rest of the journey.

Necole Raquel Events will also provide you with an event coordinator on the day of your wedding and we will take care of any last minute details that will inevitably arise, ensuring your day will be seamless.

Some of the many services provided includes:

  • Event itinerary prepared six weeks in advance for client approval
  • Ensure payment to issued to all vendors
  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination
  • Decor implementation of ceremony and reception venue is completed
  • Ceremony musicians organized & cues coordinated
  • Work with photographer to ensure all  special moments such as cutting the cake, throwing the bouquet are captured
  • NRE representative will remain onsite until the formal events of the evening has been achieved. Following these events, NRE reps will confirm any additional details with the venue/catering event manager, and bid you farewell


From Beginning to End (Investment begins at $2,000)

Necole Raquel Events is more then pleased to provide you with full service wedding consultation and coordination on all of the details for your wedding. From conception to completion, we are here to make certain every detail will not be overlooked and that your day will be seamless.

We will walk you through all areas of the planning process leading up to and including your wedding day.  This includes the creation of your wedding itinerary, creation of budgets, vendor negotiations, payment scheduling; we will be your style guides, helping to bring to life your wedding ideas and dreams. We will share all aspects of the wedding planning process during our meetings to ensure you are part of every step we take to create that special day.

Any couple looking for personalized service this option is for you. It will allow you the freedom to enjoy the journey to a life spent with the one that you love without worrying planning every detail.


Destination Weddings (Investment begins at $2500)

Whether your dream is to be married in a castle over looking beautiful green fields or a wedding on white sands with lush tropical breezes surrounding you; if you can dream of the destination, we can help you bring that fantasy to life. We will take care of every need including:

  • Reserving the destination venue
  • Florist & décor design research and booking
  • Rental requirements such as linens & other décor accessories
  • Work with the onsite coordinator at your chosen location to ensure a smooth transaction
  • Menu selection
  • Accommodation for you and your loved ones
  • Documentation including wedding certificate, requirements for being married within the chosen country etc.
  • Travel and all other needs that arise
